10/03/2011: I carried a gun today and no one was hurt by it.

Just like every other day, I carried a firearm for personal protection today and no one was hurt by it. Today I carried a Ruger LCP .380 ACP. It’s a tiny little thing and it really disappears into my pocket when it’s put into a leather pocket holster.

Like most days, today was uneventful, but I still had my firearm accessible to me at all times….and nothing bad happened today.

10/02/2011: I carried a gun today and no on was hurt by it.

Just like every other day, I carried a firearm today. Just like every other day, not a soul was hurt by it. Today, I carried my Sig P229 in .40 S&W. It’s a little heavier than the others, but it is rock solid and has tritium night sights.

I’m a little taken aback by this newer gun, but it still hasn’t jumped out of the holster and killed anyone. I’ll have to check back in tomorrow to make sure.

09/30/2012: I carried a gun today and no one was hurt by it.

The last day of September is rolling by. Not much of interest to see here, but like every other day I was carrying my trusy Glock 17 9mm. I’m not sure why, but I didn’t even bother to bring any extra magazines with me today.

As always, today was uneventful. My firearm didn’t jump out of it’s holster and kill anyone nor did it just “go off”. I just keep on keeping on. Sadly, no photographs for today. My camera hasn’t left it’s bag at all today. D7000 is being put to bed though as I have a D600 coming in the mail by Wednesday! 🙂

Happy Sunday!

09/28/2012: I carried a gun today and no one was hurt by it.

I took another road trip today. Started my weekend early. Took my partner and our cameras our for some autumn color photography.
As always, my trusty Glock 17 was on my hip and out of sight. It didn’t impede my fun nor did it “go off” and injure innocents, it sat there boring as every but ready to run at a moments notice in my belt holster.

Happy Friday. This photo was my reward for the day.
